Before you download!

There are numerous devices available for reading e-books and some are more friendly to reading downloaded files than others. It can be as simple as emailing the file to your device or it can be extremely complicated. The following linked file attempts to provide some direction for opening and reading ebooks on the various devices. If you consider yourself to be "technically challenged", you might want to ask a technically gifted friend or relative to read these instructions and walk you through loading a downloaded ebook in your device for the first time. If you have trouble with the file once it's loaded on the device you might want to try using the Generic format instead of the version tweaked for your device. While we can't provide comprehensive technical support for the plethora of devices that are available for reading e-books, we've put together some guidance that we hope will steer you in the right direction. Please read the following PDF for guidance on how to load your downloaded e-book onto some of the more common reading apps and devices.

Note: There are additional formats available on Google Docs, i.e. pdf, html, etc. When the document opens select, "file", "download as", then select the file type you wish to download to your computer. Upload to your e-reader device as usual and you'll have a new Joey read at your fingertips!
