SNOW ANGEL is my personal favorite holiday Christmas story. It
has all the right touches of emotion, sex, and a wonderful plot that
you would usually find in a much longer tale. These two characters
both have issues from the past to work out before they can truly
become one. Constance had always been a foster child, and during
high school she craved loved so badly she became that slutty bad
girl, everyone who’s ever been to high school knows. Now she is
trying to shake off that image, but the problem is she is the only
one who hasn’t forgotten. Sam, on the other hand, led a charmed life
until his recent divorce broke up his family and his heart. And now
he has to deal with the pain of betrayal. Though they both have to
learn how to trust again, both characters are wonderful, and readers
will have no problem relating to these two soul mates.
SNOW ANGEL is hot, and not even a bucket of snow can cool this
book down. Filled with emotion and passion, this is the seasonal
short story no one is going to want to miss. Have a Very Merry
Christmas!

Like all of Joey's work, this is a psychologically rich
exploration of domination and submission and sexual needs. As Sam
makes creative use of Christmas ornaments and gift tie to turn
Constance into a living Christmas package, via the ancient arts of
shibari bondage, he also teaches her enough to trust him -- and to
let go of Jayna, the promiscuous teenager she was and accept the
vibrant, lovely woman, well deserving of love, she has crafted from
the raw materials of her sad past.
Yes, this is a hot read, with beautifully imagined bondage
scenes, but it is first and foremost an old-fashioned love story,
with bdsm depicted as the loving, tender relationship it should be.
I can't recommend this story enough. Like all of Joey's works, it is
lyrically written with a profound understanding of the dynamics of a
D/s relationship and of the workings of the human heart. No other
writer can capture the longings of the lonely and the broken of
spirit like she can.

Christmas is more that the giving and receiving of gifts it is
about faith and hope. The relationship between Constance Jayne
Bradwell and Sam Coble Whitney III has emotional and physical depth.
Constance a girl with a bad reputation in high school remembers Sam
as the one boy who showed her respect. Sam was intrigued by
Constance in high school. She had been his tutor. What draws Sam the
most is the fact that she had turned her life around from the love
starved foster kid to a successful woman. This drives him to get to
know the woman Constance is today. The heat between these two will
burn up the computer screen. Ms. Hill's inclusion of the art of
Shibari will have readers panting for more. Sam knows what Constance
needs and in the end gives them both pleasure.
The depth that Ms. Hill gives her characters in this quickie is
amazing, something that is nearly impossible to do in such a short
amount of time. You feel the heartache and joy that both characters
experience in this story. You also feel the trust and love building
between them, even in this short amount of time. These are just a
few of the reasons I feel that Snow Angel is worthy of the Gold Star
Award. This should be on everyone reading lists. Thank you Ms. Hill
for a one of the best heart warming stories I have read this year.
This book is most definitely a keeper.

Snow Angel is a remarkably moving story. I found myself crying
and desperately wishing Constance's wish would come true. Then Sam
entered the picture, just as emotionally wounded and searching and
instinctively I knew they would both find what they were seeking.
Yet their journey to happiness is what makes Snow Angel so amazing
and so unforgettable. Ms. Hill's tale is full of emotion, palpable
sexual tension and some of the hottest sex I have ever read, not to
mention interesting uses for ornaments and Christmas ribbon. *gg*
If you only buy one book this Christmas season, make it Snow
Angel; you won't regret it.

Snow Angel is a story about two people who need each other to get
through the loneliness of Christmas. For Constance her high school
crush comes back full force and for Sam he realizes he’s missed out
on something very special. When things start moving too fast, Sam
slows things down to show Constance just how special she is.
Although sex is his ultimate goal, Sam wants Constance to be the
receiver of pleasure instead of always being the giver.
Joey W. Hill has written a story about giving instead of
receiving in the emotional and the erotic sense. This is a Christmas
story with a somewhat new twist…for me anyway, but I liked it and
would recommend you give it a try.

Snow Angel was in this reviewer’s opinion a short story worth the
reading time. Snow Angel does leave a reader believing in the
possibilities of miracles and finding love in the most unlikely of
places and people.

romantic yet truly enticing. I look forward to reading more by this
